POMARK has developed a type hall for Germany’s largest wholesaler for HVAC products Pfeiffer & May. The house is designed to reflect their brand and be built in some thirty places in southern Germany.
The 1200 sqm building contains a retrieval warehouse for craftsmen, seminar rooms for training, offices and bathroom exhibition. Until today it has been built in Aalen, Kassel and Giesen and construction is ongoing in a couple of other places.
POMARK was the responsible architect from first sketches until construction documents and a cooperation office in Germany is responsible for procurement and project management during the implementation phase.
The clients focus was on a high level of identity and quality as the 100 year old family owned company has a long term strategy and strong ownership of their buildings.
